Rikki Harris

Rikki Harris is an award-winning CEO, leader, speaker, author, and mental health expert. She is the author of Power of Perspective and advises organizations on creating a healthy and empowering workplace culture.

Rikki is the Chief Executive Officer of TN Voices, a Nashville-based mental-health nonprofit. She holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a master's in Christian Education. Her background spans nonprofit leadership, mental health, juvenile justice, substance use, advocacy, marketing, business development, strategy, and fundraising.

Under her leadership, TN Voices grew from 20 staff and a $2M budget to 250 staff and $30M — earning USA Today Top Workplaces status, with Rikki earning the Trusted Leader badge from staff survey responses. She co-hosts and produces the CAN+DID podcast and was featured in the From Languishing to Flourishing film and on The Viewpoint with Dennis Quaid.

When not working, Rikki enjoys time with her husband of 20+ years and their two daughters, volunteering at her church, and appearing on fashion runways. She also loves old cars, snow cones, sneakers, and the ocean.
